Application of Terms & Conditions

By ordering products on our online store or by accepting delivery of the products described on the invoice, you (Customer)  accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, at our sole discretion.


Before placing an order, Customers are required to register their personal information with the our website. Such information include vital Shipping Address information which should be updated for any changes before Customers place any order on our website. 

No customer payment information will be stored on our website.

Goods Description

While every effort has been made to provide an accurate picture of each of the goods in our store, due to limitations of digital photography and differences in monitor displays, there may be slight differences in colour and appearance. We warrant that pictures on display in our store reflect the actual goods and have not been altered in any way. We will endeavour to provide as accurate a description as possible of the goods in our store.


Full payment for orders placed must be completed before any goods are shipped. The following 3 Payment Options are provided:

Paypal - the payment is effected through the transfer of funds from Customer's Paypal account to our Paypal account.

Credit/Debit Card (via Paypal) - the payment is effected through the transfer of funds from Customer's Credit/Debit Card to our Paypal account. Accepted cards included: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Internet Banking Transfer - the payment is made through the transfer of funds using your bank's internet banking facility to our bank account.


All prices of goods are quoted before shipping and handling charges. 

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business day upon receipt of payment.

Please ensure that your Shipping Address information in your account with us is correct before proceeding to checkout. We are not responsible in the event that an order is shipped to a wrong address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to wrong shipping address information, you will be charged any additional expenses, including shipping and handling charges, incurred to deliver the package to you again.

Customs & Excise Taxes 

Invoices do not include duties or taxes. Orders may be subject to import tax and/or value added tax in some countries or regions. In this case, the Customer (or the recipient if the merchandise is not shipped to the Customer) should be responsible for payment of such tax/taxes. The post office or courier service to which the merchandise is shipped will directly request the payment for such tax/taxes.

Exchange Policy 

Goods sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No refund for goods sold will be provided in all circumstances.

All goods are inspected carefully prior to shipment to ensure that they are  and in good condition.

Loss or Damage Due to Shipping

Craft Avenue shall not be liable for any loss or damage to purchased items arising from shipping. Where applicable, we will endeavour to file a claim with the service provider in question on customer's behalf, subject to any limitations and exclusions in the service provider's relevant terms and conditions
